BIO AND PHOTO
Please send us a brief bio, as well as a color photo—both will be posted on the conference website.

 Bio: 50–100 words (longer bios will be edited)
 Color Photo: Hi-res image in .jpg or .gif format (the photo should be 300dpi at 100%)

SPEAKER REGISTRATION
Please fill out this form and email back to kaity.couch@bobit.com so we can register you for the conference. 

POWERPOINT
Here is the template for the speaker PowerPoint presentations.  Feel free to use this template once you are a finalized speaker. 

AUDIOVISUAL
The conference provides AV support for each of the meeting rooms. The following equipment will be available for you:
     Screen
     LCD projector
     Lavaliere microphone
     Table microphone for panelists
     Wireless audience microphone for Q &A
 
If you need any other equipment, please let us know as soon as possible. Also, if you are bringing your own laptop, let us know the laptop type and operating system.
