How do I register?
There are 4 easy ways to register:

Why didn't I receive confirmation when I registered?
If you register online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within two weeks to the email you provided on the form. In either case, if you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by a spam blocker. Please contact 817-635-0302 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.
Will I receive my show badge in the mail?
Yes. Attendee badges are mailed out two weeks before the show. Attendees who register after the mailing can pick up their badge at showsite.
Why should I pre-register?
You should pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount Rate for our full Conference Pass. If you register after the early bird deadline, you will be charged the regular rate. Pre-registering will also save you valuable time in line at the registration counters on show site.
Can I register at the show?
Of course! You may purchase any of the passes directly at showsite.
I registered and paid for Trexpo but I can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
Cancellation for the conference must be made in writing and must be postmarked before the early bird deadline to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued after that date. Please forward your cancellation letter to:

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?
Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon show management's discretion. Please fax over any changes to (817) 277-7616.

What do I need to bring to the conference?
You must provide the proper credentials or identification on-site for admittance into the conference.
Where do I stay during the duration of the conference?
Travel information can be found on our travel section of the website. Book you hotels soon as they get filled quickly!
Where can I obtain a schedule of events?
An online program can be viewed on our Schedule section of the website.
When and where is POLICE-TREXPO East 2011?
POLICE-TREXPO East 2011 will be held at the Dulles Expo Center, August 10-12, 2011 with Range Day taking place on Wednesday, August 10 from 1700-2100hrs.
Can I bring my children to the conference?
No one under 18 years of age will be admitted. No exceptions.
Can I bring my spouse to the conference?
Only active or retired law enforcement are permitted to attend the conference. If your spouse cannot provide the proper credentials, he/she will not be permitted attend.
